[Milsurplus] RT-122B / APW-11 ?????

In cleaning up the shack I came across this very nicely built piece of gear.
It looks to me late 50s' - early 60's vintage airborne gear. Can anyone shed
a little light on this piece of gear.  As always the help is greatly
appreciated!
