[Milsurplus] Beginning of use of UHF aero radios

The contracts for the ARC-27 (collins) and ARC-33 (Bendix) were let in 1948,
the first aircraft to be equipped wholesale with the ARC-27 was the F-86.
By the end of hostilities in Korea, USAF had pretty much converted to UHF,
the USN was a couple years behind.
