The easy one is the first, 3023.5 kc.  This was the replacement to the
traditional standard 3105 kc aircraft-to-tower frequency.  In the early
1950s for some reason the FCC mandated change to 3023.5.  Even later, in the
USB era, 3023.5 was designated as an international SAR-frequency.

I don't know about the others.
