Then it is probably a CBY-52063 (or CW-52063-A).  Nameplate should be on top 
of the cover.  The coil unit you posted the number of plugs into the right 
side.  On the transmitter nameplate, it will say something like "A Unit of Model 
GF-??...".  I have manuals on a few of the GF and GF/RU models.  Aircraft 
Radio Corporation (CBY) built the earlier models.  Western Electric (CW) built the 
later ones, or at least some of them.

I'm far from an expert on the GF/RU (or the Signal Corps versions SCR-183 and 
SCR-283) but these are/were all also called Command Sets.  A set consists of 
transmitter, receiver, stack of plug-in coils, junction box, common dynamotor 
and miscellaneous accessories and connectors.  Came in 14 volt and 28 volt 
variants.
