I'm not sure what it was but the more i'm hearing the more i'm thinking that there might have beena complete ASB unit setting in the storeroom of the estate sale i was involved in recently. This thing we moved here and there trying to get it out of the way, put the covers on it and set it out in the yard finally for the garage sale effort. It looked almost like a short torpedo. This one had been or was painted blue. Had a dish type antenna in the front end and a fiberglass nose cone that was round and blunt. Bout like what you would find on a torpedo. We thought thats what it was, some sort of torpedo training device. For some reason we never thought about looking for an id tag. maybe we did and we've just forgotten about it. Anyway, it went with another stack of stuff for about $5. had to dispose of it. If i recall correctly it will soon be part of a museum/collection there in Missoula along with a lot of other BA's and i do mean BA's.

At least it didn't go to the scrap yard.
