[Milsurplus] LF in B-17

These receivers could use a manually controlled loop whivh had a synchro
transmitter in it that fed an indicator in the cock pit, or very early
versions simply had a calibrated scale on the crank handle. Just a manual DF
system with 180 degree ambiguity, but better than nothin, I guess.
