Wash it, and then dry it in an oven at 180 degrees. The moisture 
will go away after a few hours and it won't rust. The trick is to 
get rid of the moisture as soon as you are done washing.

Let's say you have a carry pack for the TBY set. The bag looks
dirty, is really dusty, and some of the fasteners are rusty. You
fear to just wash it, knowing how eager the zipper and fasteners
are to rust. How then do you clean it?
