My number when i went in in 59 was AF17XXXXXX which indicated Kansas City at 
that time.  Think the rest of the numbers may have indicated the number of 
folks who went thru the Kansas City portals.  My orders to Lackland 
contained about 12 guys who went thru with me.  All had consecutive SN's.
