[Milsurplus] Unidentified something

At the Huntsville hamfest, I picked up an older piece of Collins 
commercial or military equipment. It is rack mounted (with an 
interesting hinge which would seem to allow it to be swung out for 
servicing.

It is modularized and the base is marked 90A1-31MX.

The modules included are:

   30A1-3MX with a 455 kc mechanical filter
   30B1-3MX with a 455 kc mechanical filter
   62F1-3MX with 455 kc and 415 kc crystal in oven
   51B1-MX
   20B1-MX

Anyone have any data of this unit?
