I'd ditto that question. 

I can use:

BC-348 case
1 access cover for front panel
2 front panel handles
headphone jack covers
BC-348-N nameplate or nameplate for other model using more modern tubes ( 6SK7 etc. )
(2) antenna and ground pushee connectors for lower corner front panel
