[Milsurplus] R-100/URR

Actually, the reference is in TM 11-2586 on the AN/TIQ-2 PA set.  There is a 
photo but no schematic.  However, there is a further reference that the 
schematic and alignment instructions are in Change 6, TM 11-310.  I think I noticed 
it there several years ago but had completely forgotten about it.
