[Milsurplus] RU TU lying in sunken TBD

'TIGHAR Tracks', the newsletter publication of TIGHAR, has in the current number
a photo of a mystery item lying in a TBD underwater near Jaluit lagoon from a 1942
crash. The item sure looks like a beat-up tuning unit from an RU receiver, but the
coils are visible, so maybe the housing has disintegrated. The photo is absolutely
not reproducible, no resolution of the mononchome photo would be left. I wonder,
does anyone have a photo of RU and components (actually, BC-229/ 429 coil set
photo would do also) posted on their site, or can someone paste up such an image,
for these people to view and satisfy themselves that this is what the thing is?

There is an another but undisturbed TBD at deeper, not easily dived depth, and
TIGHAR is going to promote recovery and display of that one in a Navy museum.
Tnx,
