[Milsurplus] Easier to buy than sell

For some time, buyer ART13A has been outbidding all others on eBay for a number
of types of WW II gear. I found it virtually impossible to win anything and gave
up on items he was chasing.

Now, apparently, he is discovering that he overpaid for a lot of stuff:
