[Milsurplus] Little generator on eBay

Hi,

I've just seen this on Ebay, I am a little skeptical as to its age. I have my
doubts about it
being WW2. It advertised as being an 80 watt generator .

Does anyone recognize it? Is it perhaps a 400 or 800 Hz AC generator for some
radio, with the round Selenium stack in the upper left a home-brew addition?
