Sickening indeed.  Clinton lied about an affair and was hamstrung by the
opposing party, stopping this country in its tracks at a critical time.  If
he had confessed basically the same thing would have happened.  I consider
this kind of behavior by a major party to be close to treasonous and at the
least extremely dirty politics.  If Clinton had an affair and covered it up,
so long as it did not directly affect national security, that is his private
matter.  If you must, publicize it and let the voters decide.  He certainly
wasn't the first and certainly won't be the last.  I for one do not want the
leaders of this country spending all their attention on BS like this; there
are far more important issues!

As for Gore losing, that is far from being truly known.

Kerry is "scary?"  To a large percentage of Americans and the rest of the
world, Bush is far scarier.
