Don't the current eBay rules state that
if you are caught "shill bidding" you will
be barred from future use of eBay?

There's good reason for the word "shill"
being one of disrespect.

The first two are ethical, and within the rules of Ebay. The third *used*
to also be valid. In the old days, the seller could put one bid on their
own auction.
