[Milsurplus] SCR-399 chair?

Yes, "chair".   This is an ex-Telco chair. I call it a "technical
chair". It looks 50's, at least. Made by 'General Engineering' in
Midwest somewhere. This has a stem and four caster wheels
on 4 extensions that look "faired" with rounded shaped skirts.
I don't have a photo of a real 399 trailer chair anymore - but this
one seems to ring a bell. It does not have wheel locks or floor
lockdown hardware, however.
My posting it here is just to try to learn whether it #1 is in fact
THE chair or similar for this radio compartment, and #2 if it is,
maybe to find someone who needs it more than i do.
