[Milsurplus] SCR-274N Equipment Availablity.

I've been able to "pin down" pretty much when
Navy Command Set equipment with specific contract
numbers would be available for install in aircraft.
However, I've had no such luck with SCR-274N contracts.
I've found very few data points.
What I have found seems to indicate that an
early order number, i.e. 1509-NY-41, would have
been available for install in the last half of
the year before that indicated in the order
(1941 money spent for equipment built in 1940).
After the last half of 1942, it seems to shift
to availability during the last half of the year
of the indicated order number, i.e. 414-WF-43
would have been available for install after
July of 1943.  This was probably due to the
large orders and inevitable production delays.

This is as close as I've been able to peg it.
Does anyone else have better information
before I release the database to the community?
