what appears to be a complete DY-17 dynamotor unit w/ mounting plate
MT-164; shows some wear in the cosmetics (paint) department, but no
dents/etc; has a Ballantine dynamotor.  has both U-9/U & U-10/U outlets,
both fuses present, knobs all appear to work correctly, etc.
no RKI here, so ask any questions, untested, sold as-is.
