Agreed - I didn't mean to imply otherwise on my part, and they do have a 
lot of good information on there. We just have to understand that 
they're not as rabid about all of this as we are, it's just a business 
to them. But if you're going to put that much into it, why not do it 
right?  Maybe if they hired one of us to consult...
