Bob and group:

Amazing how quickly credibility can be lost:

A friend of mine who was a Marine machine-gunner in Korea pointed out
that "host" on Mail Call who fancies himself a Marine's Marine walked up
to a .30 cal, and grabbed the ejection handle with his hand over the top
and thumb behind. The first thing they teach in school is to not do that
or a late fire will take your thumb off. Sez he, and he's got a heck of
a lot more credibility to me than the loudmouth on Mail Call.

Bottom line, I'm afraid that technical accuracy is second to "good TV" on
the History Channel, as so often happens. Think big money from their
sponsors. Good luck on the RS-6, but I suspect this group knows more
about them than the History Channel will, when and if they do a story.

George
