The last weekend of September features an event combining "International =
AM
Discovery" sponsored by AM International, and the "Classic Exchange".  I
have participated in the Classic Exchange for several years now, and I
think it is the greatest thing in ham radio.  It is a super opportunity t=
o
share your love of old gear with others.  =


At my station we run a multioperator setup using  mostly military gear, a=
nd
there are quite a few other stations doing the same.  It is cool to meet
people outside of the usual nets.  This year's lineup will include Navy
TBW,RBB, RBC, RBM, AR-88(p/o RDM), and a bunch of ham and commercial gear=
.
