    I'm not sure when the change happened but some time in the '50s the Navy
repair depots stopped redoing black wrinkle and made every reworked unit
gray enamel. I guess having one paint standard/process was cheaper. Hank
Brown W6DJX has a great TCS-6, older than any of mine, and it is slick haze
gray. The SRT on

though! Thats the only black SRT I've ever seen they were always gray.

    TCS sets on the above page have the antenna coax mods. Those were done
in the yards/depot on some sets but I don't have a copy of the change order.
