Dennis gave it up for two main reasons:
1.  He's short on time; running a business that provides him
    a living has become time and labor intensive.

2.  He asked for help publishing the letter and got no volunteers.

I also think he's "shacked up" with a new true-love,
but he won't admit it ;-).

Dennis spent many months converting all the letters to HTML
and gave them to someone to put on the website.
The indexes and a few samples were put up on the website
http://mcgp.cellmail.com/
but the letters themselves were never posted.

I've contacted the website owner. I'd certainly be willing
to grind out the minimal HTML needed to format that stuff
for the web. If nothing else, it would be easy to get
them on a FTP site for downloading.
