Gary,

I recently shipped a Harris RF-590 to Berlin.

If it is valued under $2500 it is exempt. Just need to make up a =
Commercial
Invoice. Do it on line at FedEx and after you filled in all the info it
makes a .pdf for you.

All the info you need on exporting electronics, but this does not come =
into
effect unless it is valued over $2500 (this is the limit for anything =
you
export). And then receivers (don't know about antennas) under $5000 are
exempt.

Hey,
I just sold a PRC 6 DF antenna on Ebay. The buyer is in the Netherlands. =

Here is the dilemma.

I have stated in my auction ad that I will sell within the USA only. And =

since he is in foreign country, can I legally sell him the antenna with =
out=20
running afoul of the US Technology export laws?

Awaiting you answers!

Thanks

Gary
