[Milsurplus] PRC-9 Alignment info needed

I have a PRC-9 that shows signs of misalignment. I have tried to change
out the AFC tube, but no difference. None of my TMs give the alignment
specs. Does anyone have experience with this radio or info that they
would share with me?

I seems that it will transmit and receive but not on the same frequency.
It also seems to change xmit freq when you touch/move/get near the
antenna or if you use the bnc vs. the whip. Overall, it looks really
clean on the inside but really acts odd.
