Bill & Group,

Minor point.  Correct syntax is "?WTF".  On voice circuits it was spoken as 
"Interrogative Whiskey Tango Foxtrot".  :-)  Usally with no pro-signs or call 
sign.

What a revolting development this is.  Aside from a couple of TM 11 numbers 
that may have been reused, the Signal Corps wasn't generally this sloppy.

Now that would be a find!  A guy could probably retire on a hundred of those.

Which reminds me.  I've got a couple of PP-894/GRC-32B ground power supplies 
for the AN/ARC-27 (AN/GRC-32) if anyone is interested.  One is in the 
CY-1191/GRC-32A transit case.  Heavy suckers.
