[Milsurplus] Two Whatzits, German and ARC

Here are two more things I recently dragged home from Ohio:

1) German thing. A grey plug in unit (note the connector with a coax 
socket) and a cloth handle. The tubes look to be those little "hidden" 
types. There may be more deep in the unit. The tall things on the chassis 
are probably relays. The little white circle on the case is a window, 
displaying a number. No tags, no numbers.

2) ARC thing. A little meter box with an ARC style switch and a 6577 
connector. Again, no tags, no numbers.
