Yes, and yes.

The BC-966 is the Mk III IFF transponder, used in most aircraft during
World War 2.

The BC-1267 is the control unit for the "Belmont" family of Mk III IFF
interrogators. It is found in a whole bunch of RC- numbered things (each
type of radar had its own RC-, as they all required different
configurations of the "Belmont" stuff), and typically fit into the FM-80
rack.

Neither is really rare (but being radar, you are required to rescue
them), but the BC-966 is in more demand from the airplane folks.
The "Belmont" ground IFF stuff is actually pretty common - it just
doesn't surface from the cellars and warehouses often because of the
weight and size. A few pieces are quite rare - I have never seen any of
the pieces to be used with the SCR-545. They were a little more
customized than the normal gear, as they fit into the odd form of the
radar trailer.

I don't know if anyone else collects this IFF gear, but I have lots of
extra bits a pieces of the "Belmont" stuff for trade for things I need. I
even have an extra antenna for your back yard SCR-268 available.
