sorry about reposting some of my orginal message as the formatting of
the type number may have 
confused people about its markings

also there is a big "X" on the lower part of the bouy  

colours   red top to middle three bands black red black then the rest is
yellow to the bottom

can supply with pic but only to assist in id'ing it directly to those
who need it
