[Milsurplus] Website Update

Folks,

I've made a major update to the COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVER
section of my website:  http://www.webex.net/~skywaves/home.htm

This revised section concentrates on the early short-wave
superhets of the golden era.

This is essentially a "beta" release, so let me know if you
have comments or encounter problems.
