One thing puzzles me, though.  The MWO's were normally of the syntax 
"MWO-11-235-3" where "11-235" is the base TM on the affected equipment (in this 
example, TM 11-235 on BC-611) and "-3" is third sequential MWO (replacement of 
bakelite mic and earphone caps with aluminum).  Or with the later long-number TM's 
"MWO 11-5820-474-35/1" which was a mod to make the AN/GRC-109 compatible with 
a Coder Burst Transmission Group.  I can't guess what "MWO-39" would refer to.
