G'day,
I need an IC LAS 3840 or a LAS 3800 pulse width modulator for an
inverter. Originally made by Lambda Semiconductors in TX,
I suspect they've been chewed/swallowed/written off by some predator
as they no longer figure in any list of mnfr, I consulted.
Any clues or where I can aquire a few LAS 3840 ?
