[Milsurplus] How to sell rare stuff

I'm thinking about selling some excess, rare WW II radio items and am curious
about what other listers think is the best way to do it. Problem is, some are
very one-of-a-kind. My options seem to be:

1. Put it up on eBay

2. Put it on eBay with a 'Buy It Now' option, significantly higher than the
opening bid

3. Offer it to the list(s) with a 'first email received' gets it.

4. Offer it to the list(s) as a sealed bid... i.e.: highest offer by a
deadline gets it.

5. Offer it to the list at a fixed price such that all interested must email by
a deadline. I will make a random choice (e.g.: dice) of the winner.

6. Something else.

I'd be interested in what listers think. Clearly each method has plusses and
minuses, but which will cause the fewest hard feelings?

Thanks,
