Original meters are slightly radioactive and are very hard to find. Fair
Radio listed them a few years ago but no longer. The basic movement is 25 ma
and during normal operation all readings (i.e., PA cathode current, grid
current and primary supply voltage) come up nominally at mid-scale. Shouldn't be
too hard to find another 1.25" square, 25 ma instrument to substitute. You
can also run the T-195 without the meter, of course. PA tuning and loading is
all automatic, but the meter is reassuring to have, especially if something
goes wrong. The VU meter is a standard 600 ohm unit, BTW.
