Trying to figure out if a power supply, which has nomenclature tags, goes
with a transmitter, which has no ID but a Collins tag on the case. 

No- MO/ MAK is a trans-receiver, about BC-348 size, for
4 quartz channels on HF, A1 and A2 mode. It does have
a control box, but all controls are also on the trans-receiver.
I have this set, w/ all accs. for a change, but strangely enuff,
purely by luck found the different component units.
