Which is an interesting WW2 German army field phone that uses earth conduction. Earth
conduction ONLY, not just as ground return for one side. I didn't know this idea had lived
past WWI.  The thing is handcrank powered, the instructions say "One turn per second while
speaking".  Interesting.
