Clete I just read about a SCR-575 for 1st time

Looks like SCR522, 110 supply, & BC639.  Latter, I bet, with a VHF Adcock 
antenna for DF, former for 2-way.

Didn't know that was airfield backbone for DF-ing 'til now

My stuff was all on LF beacon homing using '242, DZ-2, or '269

Gess u wudn't do the TO-FROM acft-turn / loop-precession process on '242 
if you trusted the tower & it's (probable) Adcock
