[Milsurplus] Randy Zelick: PRC-66 on the 222 ham band?

This is a thread that started on the armyradios remailer concerning the use 
of the PRC-41 et al on the 220 MHz band.

I believe Randy Zelick has been using his PRC-66(s?) on the 220 MHz band. 
Maybe he will pop in with a comment. In case he subscribes to just 
Milsurplus, I am sending this to both groups.
