[Milsurplus] e-pay ripp offs

 I have given up on receiving them but the current
thread on e-pay listings and the term "rip-offs" has made me wonder if
there is an equivalent (perhaps the original?) in the UK to the Better
Business Bureau?  It's no so much the money but the principle and I
dislike being duped!
