NAVSHIPS 900,389 (TED, TDE-1 & TDE-2) has an antenna tuning chart covering
antenna lengths from 75-300 feet for the HF transmitter (and a note in the
text that says these shouldn't necessarily be considered limiting lengths).
The length is the sum of the lengths from the transmitter to the trunk, the
trunk, any up-lead and what most people would consider the antenna proper.

TDE transmitter is. Only interested in the 1.5 to 18 Mc range. Would not be
using the 300 to 1500 Kc range which the transmitter can generate.
