Thats an FAA assigned freq for airliners flying out of the US to
overseas facilities. There are a lot of these freqs in the 2.0, 6.0 and
13. mc band.

some of them are:

13.354
13.313
13.200
13.282
6573
8843-San Francisco
8855
8891
8906
8989
5547-San Francisco
6507
5574-San Francisco
5616
11,282
4675
13,297
13.270
13.288
6623
6673
6676
6679
8825
6628
6532
6655

Some of the above listed Freqs are not just FAA but may also contain
military aircraft traffic. On some of the freqs you may hear Honolulu,
Tokyo, Auckland, Gander (New Foundland), or a station down in Fiji,
can't remember its call sign. In the evenings you will probably hear
New Your Metro with weather. Don't remember if i've heard a Miami
station or not. You can see the main frequency regions where air
traffic will be evident. there is a list on QTH.net that pertains to
military air-ground comms.

Enjoy as there is a lot to listen to out there.
