Yes that is the "Pogo Stick" also known as the "Horsie Talkie". I have two
of them. One is NOS in the original box. I opened the box myself. The other
has seen some abuse. I do not have the chest unit for either set. I would
really like to find a nice one to display my sets with. Would be fun to try
on 75 meters, but I expect it would be much the same as the BC-611. 73 -
