[Milsurplus] Collins 51Q aka TCS, 1st sell date?

Marty & Group,

Pretty sure 51Q is just the transmitter.  Have to dig two manuals (original 
TCS - no suffix number, & 56Q) out of the attic.  Will confirm later.
