[Milsurplus] Rota CDAA antenna removal

Hi George:
Well a company I worked for Lew Malnak Assoc. in New Jersey built the
AN/FRR-87 receiver back in 1971 They were installed at each of the Navy CDAA
sites I did the instillation at Navy North West in Va. I also worked on the
R&D of the prototype unit.The complete receiver was one 6 foot rack high
with everything in it. I wonder if anybody has seen this unit or seen them
on the surplus market? After the company closed I remember reading that a
sub sent that it was sunk in action in the Med of course the sub was ok the
transmitter failed and deployed it  was faulty.
