[Milsurplus] free battery pack end plates

For free, 10 sets of end plates from lifeboat emergency transmitter 
battery packs. They are used and were removed from expired battery 
packs. Each set consists of 1 insulator plate, 4 inches in diameter 
with 1 1/16 inch hole in the middle. The other end plate is 
identical, except it is made from printed circuit board material and 
has 2 concentric rings to make contact with the battery terminals in 
the transmitter.
