Do what I had to do, and that was to make friends
with your local FAA techs, and borrow a book long
enough to make a copy (cost about $20)
 FYI one manual covers all the sets in the
family, as they are the same except for the front
ends. I don't know where my copy is right now,,
but Iremember that there is a rather complex
process involved in selecting a  crystal/
multiplier combination.
