[Milsurplus] BC-348Q Question

GE List.  I'm the very proud owner of a BC-348Q.  I want to do some cosmetic
work on the knobs.  Where or how can I get replacement pointers for the
knobs??  Also I would appreciate any suggestions on loosening the set screws
on the knobs.  The set screws are rusted in place and my 1st attempt will be
to use some "liquid Wrench".  Is this the best way to go??  The radio is
totally original down to the dynamotor so I feel quite lucky to have it.
