[Milsurplus] R-1004, the Zenith TO, and the 1L6...

There is already an article on the web where a guy has replaced the 1L6 with
a fet circuit for his Zenith TO. http://www.antiqueradios.com/marc/1l6.html
He used 2 fets and one mosfet. He had a slight problem on the 12 mtr band
calibration, so not 100% drop in. Would be curious to see how it performs in
the GRC-109.

Re the 1L6 replacement problem: why not just bite the
bullet and replace it with a MOSFET or 2 FETs?
