G'day.
ARN 59 also known in commercial version as the 21A made by Aircraft
Radio Corp.
Loop antenna has P/N L-11... same as AN-780
Pin out as follows.
J402.
A = Loop
B = Loop
C=CT.
^^^^^^^^^^^
J401.
A= stator X
B=stator Y
C= 15V 100 Hz
D= 15V 100hz (joined to C above) on this connector.
E= 40V 100 Hz.
F=GND.
The motor B401 D & F wires black and grey are fixed phase.- black is
grounded.
Variable phase F and E wires green and yellow.
Synchro transmitter B402 stator A and B wires yellow (x) and blue
(y).
Rotor C wire red (h)
Other wire from rotor is black and grounded.
Robert probably has manual but can also copy from here.
Cheers
Pete

I'm sorry to say I don't. It will take someone with access to the
maintenance manual for the AN/ARN-59 to respond. I have all the
components for a complete AN/ARN-59 except the mounts, cables, and the
manuals.
